We are looking for a driven and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our leading tech company located in Glendale.
No experience necessary in customer support. Training will be provided to you as a tool to strengthen and assure daily successful service.
We are a 24/7 inbound call center with various shifts available, Full-Time and Part-Time.
Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;
- Maintain call center database
- Must be customer focused
- Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills
- Tech Savvy - Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets
- Excellent people skills
- Outstanding Problem solving traits
- Must have the ability to resolve merchant’s problems by clarifying issues over the phone
- Ability to explore answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.
