Customer Service Manager

Astro Payments has opened a brand-new customer support/call center location in Orem, Utah and is working together with USAePay, a leading company in the Fintech industry for the past 21 years to continue providing the best Customer Care and Support to all USAePay merchants. Our company is growing fast primarily due to our dedication to excellent customer service and the adoption of the latest technologies.

We are looking to hire a dynamic professional to fill a Customer Support Manager who would be leading a team of 6-10 agents. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue a career and contribute to the development of our new call center division.

Responsibility:

· Daily quality assurance and monitoring

· Coaching, training

· Ensuring the team’s schedule and attendance are kept organized

· Consistently motivating the team

· Assisting agents with escalated calls

· Provide continuous feedback to the company Operations Department regarding all Customer Support related activity, goals and other performance related matters to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

· Collaborate with HR in recruiting, and performance management of customer service representatives

· Resolve problems or complaints of customers and employees

· Create and implement a vision for customer service, experience, and quality assurance for inbound, outbound, and written queues

Requirements:

· At least 3 - 5 years of Call center experience required *Candidates with Fintech experience will be prioritized*

· Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required

· Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal

· Strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment

· Ability to be flexible and work during high volume periods

· Ability to travel when needed

· Ability to complete full 2-weeks paid training in California:

o Flight, hotel and transportation will be provided and paid

o Meal reimbursement will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour DOE
