Field Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Field Manager to oversee and manage a group of automotive tool and equipment mobile salespeople in Central Florida. The Field Manager is responsible for managing and providing daily coaching for their designated team in the field. Our ideal candidate will offer ongoing sales coaching, analyze route data to guide performance, achieve short- and long-term sales goals, participate in field customer route sales calls and improve overall customer experience. The Field Manager will provide leadership and vision to motivate the team, monitor compliance with deadlines for truck merchandising and financial reporting and engage in the recruitment process, employee onboarding and training.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Bachelors degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
