$120,000 per year at plan

• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

• Work with our team at Seminars hosted for US Veterans and their families - 2 seminars per month
• Show approved buyers homes
• List homes for sale that Veterans are wanting to sell
• Follow our proven plan of closing more real estate transactions.

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

• Must have a passion to help US Veterans.
• Must have an active Arizona Real Estate License.

US Veteran Advocates is a group of local businesses that have come together to serve our Active Duty Service Members and Veterans with all their Real Estate and Mortgage needs. We hold several seminars per month to educate Veterans on the many benefits they have earned while serving our Country that help them be able to buy and invest in real estate.
