Job Description:

Services To Be Performed:

  • The Team is chartered to act as the subject matter expert for new hire work authorization matters in the Americas.
  • As a member of HR Eligibility to Work team, HR Associates will report into the Employee Services Team Lead, and support subject matter experts in the administration of the HR Eligibility to Work program.
  • The Associate will provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution, manage the day-to-day administration of various programs, and perform issue resolution through an electronic remedy process.
  • The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations.
  • The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


  • Process transactions for multiple compliance programs related to I-9/E-Verify and work authorization file data integrity
  • Assist with new HR work authorization or compliance-related projects as needs arise
  • Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and discrepancies in data for correction.
  • Communicate to partners and employees on data findings and information
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality

Required Skills:

  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years HR experience
  • 1+ year HR, compliance-related experience or relevant studies required
  • MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and report development (e.g. Excel, Access, Tableau)
  • Experience with computer operating and database management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Organized with a strong sense of accountability and sound personal judgment

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR transactional processes
  • Ability to quickly understand data models
  • Prior work experience with PeopleSoft or other HRIS ERP human capital management software
  • Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, HR business partners)
  • Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Technical skills to manipulate and analyze data and present recommendations in a variety of formats
  • Proven analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large amounts of data and in developing metrics and reporting vehicles
  • Ability to spot issues and escalate to business partners, as appropriate
  • Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
