We are currently seeking a individual to provide over the phone customer support for field plumbers and electricians installing our products.
This is NOT an IT position.
- Support the installation and repair of Steam Spa equipment
- Troubleshoot over the phone with field installers and customers
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Ability to learn about our product and its installation methods
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical equipment helpful
- Patience to troubleshoot with customers via phone
- Clearly converse in English
- Computer literacy for email and call logging
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, we offer full benefits with medical and matching 401k plan.
