Job Description

Garde Robe by UOVO seeks a detail-oriented and dynamic Manager of Quality Assurance to join its team. Based in Glendale, Los Angeles, this position will report to the Manager of Operations, and requires an on-site presence at Garde Robe’s facility five days a week. This role will be responsible for managing a busy intake and delivery schedule ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and inventory accuracy. 

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with handling garments or  experience in the fashion/garment care industry. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining all protocols for proper storage of garments
  • Prepare garments for storage and delivery including but not limited steaming, folding, bagging, boxing, and tissuing. 
  • Authenticate outgoing deliveries against client request emails to ensure the right garments are released
  • Alert the Wardrobe Manager of any inventory discrepancies or quality control issues
  • In conjunction with the Quality Assurance team, perform audits of client inventory to ensure there are no data discrepancies
  • Responsible for general workflow of the storage area, as well as ensuring all necessary supplies are well stocked 
  • Lead Quality Assurance team, providing training and feedback in support of professional development. Assist with executing annual and quarterly reviews when applicable 
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager 

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience handling garments or fashion/garment care industry experience preferred.
  • Computer and digital asset management/inventory control literacy 
  • Attention to detail and a team player attitude.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
