OVERVIEW UNOde50 was founded in the late 1990s by a group of designers who resolved to establish a brand of fashion jewelry and accessories that would break all existing molds. The project was based on the creation of pieces with a unique and distinctive style, which soon became known for their flair and innovation. This fusion of tradition and modernity was the breeding ground for a new and different brand, steeped in a spirit of craftsmanship and signaling exclusivity through its design and quality.

The brand started out with the original and exclusive philosophy of creating only 50 units of each design, thereby supplying the trademark name. This unorthodox approach soon proved an unqualified success. Over time, UNOde50's production and family have grown, although the name has remained in order remind us that, just as on the very first day, the quality and exclusiveness of each piece are our first priority.

Role and Responsibilities: Overview: The PR Specialist will work with the Marketing Director and Public Relations agency to develop and execute a strategic, integrated public relations plan to build awareness and further position UNOde50 as a global lifestyle brand. Manage contracted PR agencies. Must have and maintain relationships with media contacts and stylists.

Develop and secure approvals for seasonal and special project press releases, and various communications. Manage VIP and Celebrity gifting and promotional opportunities. Collaborate with the corporate Marketing team in developing and executing a national Advertising campaign.

Develop and distribute the global look books and press kits in conjunction with the corporate marketing team in Madrid. Manage Post-event coverage with media. Manage sample requests, trafficking, returns and inventory.

Track and monitor Public Relations deliverables, including clippings, and results and compile monthly credit reports. Plan and organize seasonal press days and previews (Spring/Fall). Pitch feature stories.

Plan and execute strategic partnerships and sponsorships. Initiate and organize press dinners, trips, etc. for key media.

Secure interviews with top executives when applicable. Participate in weekly internal meetings/conference calls with Madrid. Attend key industry and social events Qualifications and Education Requirements: 2-4 years of PR & Communications experience strongly preferred.

Communications and Business Administration majors strongly preferred. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Background in jewelry and accessories preferred Preferred Skills: Strong interest in Fashion, Art and Entertainment.

Self-starter; with initiative. Strategic mind. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills.
