Customer Service Representative - Full Time - 17/hour

The Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist receives and enters customer orders for product sales. Work requires substantial knowledge of items sold.

Hours: 7am-3:30pm

This is an hourly position. Pay $17/hour


  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms via telephone and email.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Perform administrative duties, such a keeping sales records, Process credit card charges for customer orders
  • Update order pickup log to alert shipping department order has been paid for and is ok to leave
