AUDIOLOGY SPECIALIST (PER DIEM) - PEDIATRIC AUDIOLOGY AND HADP

UNC Hospitals Department of Audiology is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and licensed audiologist to provide services in an outpatient clinic setting. Per Diem's primary role will be to cover audiograms for busy ENT day(s) and provide coverage when clinician(s) are out on PTO or sick.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to administering basic and complex diagnostic evaluations to assess auditory and related conditions in patients of all ages.Clear communication with multiple providers to maximize patient outcomes is critical. Must be comfortable with the teaching and student supervision associated with employment in a leading academic medical center.
Ideal candidate will have doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.)and at least one year of experience working in an academic medical center in collaboration with otolaryngologists and related professionals. Requires current NC Audiology license issueby the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
Hours and schedule may vary depending on clinic needs. Likely to be no more than 24 hours/week.
Graduation from an accredited Audiology program.
If a Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.): No prior experience required.
If a Bachelor's degree: at least two (2) years of experience as an Audiologist is required.
Licensed as an Audiologist by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
