What We Need
UMortgage is looking for a personable, professional, and motivated Senior Recruiter to add to our Recruiting team! As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assessing upcoming needs for internal teams, proactively engaging with potential candidates, and carrying out the full-cycle recruiting process. What You’ll Do
- Handle roles up to Senior Team Leader (8-10 years experience).
- Embrace and embody the values and culture of our organization in order to successfully identify ideal candidates to recruit.
- Coach other recruiting team members for future growth and assist in new team members’ onboarding experience.
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates interested in pursuing a career at our company by creating a personalized rapport as the first point of contact for our company.
- Facilitate and continually improve a personalized and consistent interview and recruitment process.
- Use databases, social media, job sites, and additional recruitment strategies to proactively source and recruit candidates.
- Assess potential candidates for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, and personality traits in relation to open and future positions.
- Meet with team leaders to assess future needs and consult on talent relevant to recruiting and interview trends.
- Meet Recruiting team and individual goals including but not limited to number of candidates sourced, interviews held, offers accepted, requisition cycle times, and team member retention.
- Coach team members through the requisition process and with any general concerns.
- Identify areas of improvement on the team, process, projects, etc.
- Provide recruiting reports to be reviewed by the Recruiting Team Leader.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of Recruiting Team projects and processes.
- Identify, research, and recommend any new policies or procedures that may benefit our company.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3-4 years recruiting experience, preferably 1-2 in a corporate setting
- Proven success in recruiting top talent in a variety of roles and experience levels
- Confident, charismatic, and engaging personality
- Ability to successfully collaborate with team leaders of various backgrounds
- Strong work ethic, drive and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be competitive, adaptable and able to meet deadlines
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Experience with multiple ATS is a plus
