What We Need

We are looking to hire a Jr. Data Analyst Intern and 2023 Graduate to join our Technology and Development Team. The Jr. Data Analyst Intern will work alongside the full-time team members where you will get hands-on experience working in a culture-driven, and corporate environment. We are looking for personable, resourceful and hard-working candidates to join the team!

Internship Details:

• 12 Week Program, from June 5th to August 21st with the opportunity of joining full-time once complete.
• This is a paid Internship.
• Hybrid role, to be onsite in our Philadelphia HQ, 2 days a week

• Assist with the generation and automation of reports and reporting needs, including the ability to deliver ad hoc analyses on the current business state.
• Identify trends and interpret data to help our business users better understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Aggregate, analyze, and work with a team to provide insight on trends for production data from multiple sources.

• Create and facilitate presentations for management based on data findings using graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
• Help build and design self-service tools for stakeholders using data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Use established KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find useful information.
• Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.

• Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
• Provide technical support on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

• Must be a current senior or a 2023 graduate.
• 1-2 years of analyst experience
• Python experience preferred (Numpy, Pandas) or equivalent programming language
• Understanding of basic RDS structure and SQL language.

• Experience or exposure working in popular cloud-based solutions
• Experience or exposure working with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
