Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Client Service Representative


  • 2+ years of client service call center or equivalent customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in the banking/financial industry.
  • A college degree or commensurate work experience.
  • Knowledge with troubleshooting mobile devices and internal browsers.
