Marketing support, and full training provided. Medicare is a much needed client service providing the licensed agent with supplemental monthly residual income on every plan.

Compensation:

• Every plan pays the CMS maximum commissions. Up to $601.00, with 1/1/2022 effective date, plus each plan has a $25.08 monthly residuals that is payable monthly for the life of the member.
• DSNP-Dual Special Needs Plans (MAPD w/out cost sharing or premiums) and our Medicare Supplement insurance contracts both offer year-round selling opportunities, these products are not limited to AEP and OEP enrollment period.
• An average annual residual income increases $15,000 every year.
• Full and part-time positions are available. An average part-time agent sells 25-50 plans a year and an average full-time agent enrolls 100-150 plans a year and top producing agents enroll 250-300 a year.
• 1099 Employee

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Health Insurance license is required to apply for this position
• Current active E and O policy required. (cost for E/O is approx. 35.00/mo.) (equivalent to the commission typically earned on 1 enrollment.)
• Build relationships, renewals and cross-selling opportunities, i.e. rollover, LTC opportunities, or PC business for multitasking agents offering multiple product lines and customer services.
