Inside Sales Account Executive to join our growing organization. This position will report directly to the regional Wholesale Lending Manager and will play a vital role in building new relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, community banks, credit unions and other institutions. This position is responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships while obtaining loans following UFF West products and guidelines.
The ideal candidate for the Inside Account Executive position will be self-motivated with the excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for providing superior customer service. A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in mortgage sales, a book of business and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment. He/she will be driven, passionate and flourish in a sales role that is exciting and dynamic.
Production – This position will maintain Full time employment, high level sales production and productivity at all times.
S/he will meet or exceed volume goals by obtaining wholesale broker packages and loan submissions from assigned leads and current personal clients provided in an assigned territory.
Communication – This position will be responsible for communication with new and existing brokers.
S/he will help provide excellent customer service by communicating with the broker, understanding of product guidelines, training brokers on UFF West technology, providing status updates on loans, and managing loan pipeline to ensure loans close on a timely manner.
Customer Service - This position will provide quality customer service at all times, including interacting with brokers, answering broker inquiries, and effectively handling broker challenges
