Call Center Manager

We are seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing appointment schedulers who are making outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for our field sales representatives.
- Ensure scripting compliance
- Train and coach appointment setters
- Quality control assurance for qualified appointments
- Schedule daily calling assignments to support and fulfill appointment request
- Management reports for call center activity
- Perform other managment duties as assigned
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong management skills
- Ability to build rapport with field management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dialer system administration
