LawShield through selling U.S. LawShield products and services to prospects and existing members in a specifically assigned geographic area. The Territory Manager will prospect new sales opportunities, foster relationships with existing accounts, grow brand awareness, ensure brand alignment in partner facilities, execute sales opportunities in that area, assign contractors to sales events, and report progress on assigned company goals.Why work at U.S.

LawShield Assign and schedule independent contractors to brand and sales growing activities Drive company profitability through direct sales Communicate with members and prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs Prospect and maintain business partnerships and relationships; resolve any issues that may arise Report progress on sales goals, expenses, and opportunities to corporate leadership Prepare, assign, schedule, and execute various sales opportunities to include tabling events and sales presentations to facilities, individuals, and groups Understand and explain the U.S. LawShield product suite Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Understand the market and needs of a diverse client base Understand our competition and their products and services Propose appropriate solutions and next steps that deepen relationships between clients and our brand Timely reporting of expenses, results, and field data Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and customer experience KPIs Perform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities Align with the values of U.S. LawShield Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Experience in field/direct sales Self-motivated Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse client base Complete understanding of U.S.
LawShield products and services Must have reliable transportation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software Ability to work efficiently remotely Ability to work evenings and weekendsEducation and Experience Associate's Degree or some college preferred Proven record of excellence in direct/field sales Experience coaching and professionally developing direct reports and teams Familiarity with common CRM, Billing, and Expense reporting software Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to attain one
