This vacancy is for an **Administrative Assistant (OA)** position in
the **Atlanta Regional Office **located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Term Appointment: This is a **Term Appointment**, initial
appointment is not to exceed (NTE) 9/30/2020. This appointment may
be extended 2 additional years at management's discretion.
A trial period may be required.
The work schedule for this position is Mixed Tour. With a Mixed Tour
work schedule, an employee may be changed between full-time,
part-time and intermittent work schedules to accommodate fluctuating
workloads and is subject to a signed agreement.
To be minimally qualified for this position, applicants MUST have a
typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute with 3 or fewer
errors bases on a five-minute sample. In addition, applicants must
possess the specialized experience outlined below.
For the **GG-06**, you must have one year of specialized experience
at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the
**GS-05** grade level in the Federal service.
Experience for this position includes preparing requests for
personnel actions, scheduling meeting and maintaining
calendars; ordering office supplies, verifying receipt of goods and
reconciling orders;providing customer service through various
methods of communication. Experience typing, editing
documents; receiving and routing mail to appropriate staff;
Experience reviewing time and attendance reports, making travel
arrangements, using various automated systems required to complete

work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps,
