In the Senior Training Manager role, you’ll be responsible for;
+ Assessing current state of training
+ Designing training programs
+ Delivering virtual trainings
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of training experience
- Two to four years of experience managing a group of trainers and/or instructional designers
+ Experience designing and delivering sales and support training
+ Experience designing and delivering CRM training (Saleforce.com preferred)
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience delivering virtual trainings
+ Advanced knowledge of the design, delivery, administration and evaluation of training and development programs
+ Financial services industry experience
+ Experience in a large, matrixed organization
+ Excellent consultative, project management, analytical, planning and organizational skills
+ Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
