F&B Back of House Supervisor

The Food & Beverage (BOH) Supervisor at Whitewater is responsible for managing back-of-house activities of all food locations at the Whitewater Center. The Food and Beverage operation at the Whitewater Center strives to provide engaging, high-quality experiences for restaurant guests, quick service customers, festival attendees, and catering for private groups and special programs. The BOH Supervisor is an on-site, part-time, hourly role and reports to the Kitchen manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee culinary operation of Whitewater’s food and beverage locations.
- Training of Back-of-House personnel.
- Ingredient control, food production and shift management.
- Ensure quality food presentation.
- Inventory Management and food ordering.
- Anticipate guest needs, and provide each customer with a positive, engaging experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of three years Food & Beverage supervision experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid US issued driving license.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during other Whitewater Center events as needed.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to work outdoors for sustained periods of time in all weather and environmental conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time.
- Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space.
- Must be able to work in shared spaces with other employees and customers.
- All positions as Whitewater require employees to report and work onsite at Whitewater locations.

Overview of Department
The Food and Beverage Department delivers exceptional, chef-driven culinary service to Whitewater guests. Whitewater is home to diverse and ever-evolving food and beverage outlets, including full-service and fast casual dining options. In addition, the Food and Beverage Department oversees catering for private events and Adventure Dining.
