Responsibilities and Duties for Customer Service Representatives:
Answer customer calls promptly and courteously utilizing custom procedure.
Receive and respond professionally to all customer inquiries regarding services, disputes, billing questions, cancellation, and new customer sign-up.
Professional interaction with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
Work with other departments to resolve customer’s issues.
Log and record information into customer accounts using a computer.
Resolve customer issues and adjust accounts, as necessary, with verification from Manager.
Process payments as necessary.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others
Other assigned duties from Manager.
