Oxford Life is looking for a Sales Development Coordinator to help support the Regional Directors and the department's sales initiatives. This person will take on sales support and sales administrative functions related to our independent agents across the country. This person will provide assistance to the Regional Directors and Agent Services Representatives allowing them to focus their energy on selling Oxford Life product and recruiting agents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Develop knowledge of competitor products and policies
  • Manage the fulfillment center inventory
  • Assist Regional Directors the field with any issues that may arise
  • Build relationships with producers as an add on to the RDs efforts
  • Research competitive data by request
  • Monitor debit balance issues for non-direct agents
  • Review and submit for payment sales department related invoices

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with agents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
