In this role you will support and execute marketing tactics focusing on engagement, traffic, lead generation, and lifecycle messaging integrated across our marketing channels (particularly email and website). You will have the opportunity to lead and run campaigns, and provide assistance for a variety of digital marketing programs in collaboration with content, marketing operations, and other cross-functional teams.
We are looking for strong communication and project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and an interest in learning and supporting multiple enterprise-level platforms in the marketing technology space. You should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, and a desire to grow in this field.
Lead evergreen email campaigns and supporting assets and documentation
Provide tactical execution of email campaigns designed to generate and cultivate advertiser leads and existing customers
Provide tactical support for website development including page building and updates, QA, form configuration, and troubleshooting, or ad hoc requests
Maintain digital asset management system, and implement digital asset cataloging, metadata, and organization
Manage service desk requests from partners: including prioritization of requests, proactively responding with status updates and changes, and being responsive to questions and inquiries
Troubleshoot and QA campaigns and pages, workflows, data issues, and other marketing ops functions
We are a global and cross-functional team. In this role, you will be able to collaborate work cross functionally with Customer Success, Data Science & Engineering, Product and IT, across regions in support of our initiatives
Learn and champion best practices and operational/brand standards for campaigns and customer-facing assets
Provide reporting and analyses of campaign and operational performance
Learn and assist other channels and team members where needed in support of overall team and company objectives
2+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience with Eloqua, Responsys, Adobe Experience Manager, and JIRA a plus
Experience in content management systems and/ marketing automation platforms, and digital asset management a plus
Strong communications and project management skills with an ability to work across multiple groups and continually communicate expectations and updates
Organized, thorough, and strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality, accuracy, and consistency, including adherence to brand standards
Self-starter, not afraid to be flexible and roll up your sleeves, as well as a willingness to evolve as priorities, channels, and implemented technologies change
A growth attitude, including the ability to guide and explain, in addition to taking initiative to develop the skills and knowledge required for responsibilities
Willingness to speak up and give ideas, recommendations, and opportunities to test or optimize
Copywriting skills and experience in the digital advertising industry a plus
