Shear Operator / Crane Operator

As a kid, did you love playing in the sandbox with all the heavy equipment toys? Step out of the sandbox but let the fun continue with this shear operator / crane operator position. This shear operator / crane operator opportunity is for a local recycling company in Minneapolis and requires cutting materials and operating a magnetic crane to unload products from trucks.

Hours: 6 - 7 am starts, Monday - Friday

Wage: $20 - 25/hr.

Tasks of the shear operator / crane operator:

• Operate magnet crane to unload materials from trucks
• Operate shear to cut materials
• Maintenance and warehouse work as needed

Qualifications of the shear operator / crane operator:

• Previous shear operating and crane experience
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Steel-toed boots/shoes
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
