Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age.
• Passion for customer service, guest satisfaction, accountability, communication, reliability, dedication, and learning.
• Proactive, curious, engaging, and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (carrying cases of milk, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a C-Store, hospitality, and/or foodservice environments.
• Prior Coffee experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides "best in class" service to all guests.
• Acts as an ambassador of the Twice Daily store culture and values.
• Makes decisions to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Actively promotes the new "fresh all day" menu.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of the "fresh all day" offer.
• Actively engage in educating guests on the Twice Daily "fresh all day" offer and promotions.
• Encourages guests to try the new "fresh all day" offer through sampling and to return through the use of targeted coupons and special promotion day part offers.
• Assists guests with any questions they may have regarding the "fresh all day" offering.
• Provides ongoing feedback to the store manager based on guest experience and comments.
• Maintains production, merchandising, and waste control of all components of the "fresh all day" offer in accordance with Twice Daily standards.
