Workday HRIS Analyst

The Job

We're looking for someone to join our newly created HRIS team following the new implementation of Workday including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize and build upon our recent HRIS investment in additional to evaluating effective HR technologies going forward.  Additionally, you will be a key player in developing a world class HRIS team that will drive a collaborative vision towards a dynamic and integrated HR solution.

The Requirements

  • Functional knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits Payroll, Time tracking and
  • Business Process analysis and configuration that drives continuous improvements while simplifying existing processes.
  • Knowledge of legal HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
