Universal Relationship Banker

TurningPoint, HCM is searching for experienced and dedicated Universal Bakers for our client, United Roosevelt Savings Bank.

We have full-time and part-time positions available for this position.

URSB Universal Bankers handle the smooth daily operation of the branch.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized banking services with the highest level of quality and accuracy
• Reconciliation of multiple cash-handling machines and personal bank drawer
• Perform teller tasks, including complex transactions, special requests, and detecting inconsistencies.
• Other duties as assigned by the branch manager

Our Perfect Candidate:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous teller or banker experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Mathematical skills
• Great communication and organization skills
• The ability to “hit the ground running”

Important Position Information:

• Full-time and Part-time hours are available
• Saturday availability is needed, but it is scheduled well in advance
• Daily working hours for full-time employees is 7.5 hours per day
• Daily working hours for part-time employees is 5 hours per day
