Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to join our business as a Senior Project Manager.

Our programs cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace.

We are seeking a candidate that has experience of leading on site construction management team and has the desire to support the growth of our business with our fast-paced, environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Leads on upfront strategy and project definition, then performance manages the construction delivery team
• Manages client relations and commercial contractual arrangements
• Develop program processes and systems that enable efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking
• Champion service quality in everything we do
• Perform the role of lead Owner Representative taking overall responsibility for end-to-end service delivery of the project construction of large industrial new build project
• Act as the key, day to day client interface on site, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of our service and owner's consultants and contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
• Proven record of successfully implementing processes and procedures on major construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail in service delivery, communications, and ways of working with others
• Demonstrably excellent analytic and communication skills
• Commercial awareness including the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and market trends.
• Confident leading alone and working as part of a team, with ability to flex according to the needs of the program
• Competent user of data management software (ex. Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance
• Leadership experience in the conception, development and implementation of large projects would be beneficial
