Job Description


Turner & Townsend is looking to hire a Data Implementation Specialist / Consultant, to support our key client with tool and system development on their large-scale data center retrofit construction program.

The ideal candidate will be a generalist in tool implementation and organizational change management.



  • Oversee, as the client’s data center retrofit team business representative, the tool and system development efforts that are being performed by other teams.
  • Provide system QA/testing, requirements verification, and user story prioritization.
  • Coordinate the partner teams to perform data validation, data cleansing and data migration.
  • Related to these items, be comfortable performing necessary administrative tasks (meeting coordination, task tracking, escalation, authoring communications and presentations).




Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with tool (PMIS) implementation of cost or contract processes for construction-related programs.
  • Experience as a team member or lead of organizational change management projects (such as launch implementation, end-user training, communications, etc.)
  • Comfortable with performing program management responsibilities in a dynamic and complex business environment such as project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation.
  • Individual should be organized, detail oriented, with great communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience acting as the business/customer team leader on PMIS tool implementation or organization change management projects.
  • Experience with e-Builder or Quickbase implementations of business processes.
  • Familiarity overseeing the completion of data validation and data migration processes.
