Job Description

We are a fast-growing real estate company that is family-owned here in Charleston, SC. As we have grown an additional part-time position is required. The specific job for hire is the Lead Manager position. This position is severely important to the company, as it is the first form of contact potential sellers will have with TurnPro

The DISC assessment must be taken to be considered for this position and will be emailed to you soon after you apply.

Personality: Since you will never physically be face-to-face with our sellers, we want this role to portray a trusting and friendly relationship over the phone. Following the provided script is necessary, but we really want someone who can comfortably add to the conversation to engage in a more personal manner, to build rapport. Overall, this is someone who has a great phone presence and builds trust quickly. Due to the nature of our business, from time to time, you will encounter frustrated or upset individuals that are going through tough life situations. You must be able to diffuse these individuals calmly, and not let it fluster you. Other callers will be anxious to sell their homes quickly and will be very easy to talk with.  

Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for answering inbound seller calls, collecting property and seller details, answering basic seller questions, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Managers to make the offers
  • Manage our SMS marketing
  • An online CRM database will be provided to enter and manage the inbound content
  • In addition to inbound phone calls, you will be responsible for calling back missed calls, to collect the information above, as well as reaching out to sellers who submit online webforms
  • Talk to as many people as possible and set as many seller appointments as possible 
  • This role also will also handle various admin assistant tasks that are needed

  • You are easily heard over the phone and are confident in your words
  • You can make decisions on your own and are a self-motivated problem solver
  • You own a reliable/fast laptop and smartphone
  • You stay calm even in the midst of chaos
  • You are a multi-tasker who can type while participating in conversation
