As a member of the TuneGO team, you'll work alongside passionate, knowledgeable and experienced teammates to help continue building our industry-changing platform!

This is an individual contributor role joining an existing team responsible for architecting, building and maintaining scalable web applications. This position will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, and testers to help extend the capabilities of our core services from a full-stack perspective, with a focus on epic web experiences.

As a User Experience Engineer, you might:

● Implement a variety of interactive features end-to-end, ranging from data visualizations to mini-games.

● Architect the front-end libraries and custom code with an eye toward modularity and reuse across projects.

● Analyze opportunities to leverage back-end data sources and write abstraction layers to allow pluggability.

● Help ideate and prototype new features and leverage community feedback to rapidly iterate on them.

● Mentor and educate engineers on the team.

As a User Experience Engineer, you'll need:

● 4-7+ years' experience building web applications as a member/technical lead of a small team.

● Expertise with HTML5/CSS3 and building component-oriented web user interfaces.

● Expertise with Vue.js, Angular, React or an equivalent framework.

● Experience delivering consistent experiences across browsers and devices.

● Solid understanding of Javascript in browser and server (Node.js).

● Solid understanding of best practices and techniques regarding web scalability, performance, and security.

● An understanding of backend services, APIs, and databases.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent troubleshooting skills.

● To be self-motivated, with a strong sense of independence.

●The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with remote/distributed teams.

Bonus Points for:

● A real passion for music, and/or music industry experience.

● Experience working in a Scrum environment.
