A GREAT place to work! Trusted Ally is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor with solid home care scheduling experience to join our growing team. The Scheduler Supervisor supports the clinical team of nurses and home health aides in the scheduling of day, night and weekend shifts, and assists the DON, ADON, and RN Team Leaders with clinical staff coordination. This role will include after-hours call rotation.
· Collaborates with direct care staff, team leads, and leadership to ensure scheduling coordination and quality patient care, including notification of scheduling delays, order changes, etc.
· Maintains complete and accurate work queues and responds to work queue issues timely.
The qualities of a good candidate for this position include: previous experience scheduling in a home care agency, preferably shift scheduling. Reliable, strong written and verbal communication skills, works well with different client populations and familiarity with technology as we use digital documentation.
At least 2 years of skilled home care scheduling experience is required.
Previous skilled home care supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Deep experience with smartphone-based texting and messaging is preferred.
