Trust Point Inc. of La Crosse, WI. is looking to hire a full-time Participant Accounting Customer Service Representative in our Recordkeeping department. We are currently seeking an organized and professional candidate to provide full-time support to our external and internal customer base.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTICIPANT ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As Participant Accounting Customer Service Representative you arrive each day ready to serve as a liaison to our retirement plan clients. Through addressing internal and external client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, you are a key component to the team. In addition to fielding client phone calls you are responsible for entering and maintaining the financial transactions within the plan accounts.

As a Participant Accounting Customer Service Representative you will utilize your verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and knack for numbers to assist in responding professionally to clients while you accurately maintain their accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARTICIPANT ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • 2 year Accounting Degree or comparable background experience.
  • Excellent math skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytic, and written/verbal communications skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Self-motivated, team player can work well with minimal supervision
  • Keen attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and web-based applications
  • Able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position working Monday Friday, 8am-5pm.
