Job Description

TruckVault is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our in-house Marketing team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered interfaces across all our digital platforms. You will work closely with department managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences that meet TruckVault’s customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Develop and execute user-centered designs for ongoing digital campaigns, including website landing pages, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, digital ad campaign managers, product development team and stakeholders, to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, including usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Plan and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meet original vision and requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Champion a user-centered design culture across the organization


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders as well as strong understanding of front end and back-end development principles.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and user experience best practices
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
