Here are the Requirements in order to come on board:
Basic requirements to be hired - note these are not all requirements
Must be 22 years old and no exception on the age
Driving Experience - Must meet one of the following
6 months Class A OTR driving experience (within the last 7 months) OR
9 months verifiable Class A OTR driving experience in the last 12 months
One year verifiable Class A OTR experience in the last three years
No serious traffic violations in the last three years. These include - but are not the entire list:
Reckless or Careless Driving
Failure to Control a Vehicle
May not have any of the following in the last five years in personal and commercial vehicle:
DWI
Leaving the scene of an accident
Two or more serious moving violations
No preventable accidents or incidents that caused more than $10,000 in the last five years along with no major preventable accident (serious injury/fatality) in the last 5 years
