Candidate must have experience in the trucking industry with customer service, knowledge of DOT regulations, and must be detail oriented, priority in accuracy, along with problem solving abilities. Candidate must be able to answer phones, emails, negotiate rates and book freight with customers. Other tasks include but not limited to data entry, tracking, ETA updates, collection of documents as needed for customers and billing departments as well as provide backup support as needed with other team members. There is an on call rotation and the office work schedule is Monday - Friday. Computer skills would include on the job training yet should be proficient with Outlook and internet browsers.
