The duties include overseeing all customer interactions and in-store experiences, managing incoming calls, responding to customer online quotes, entering in new repair tickets, selling accessories, making outbound calls, build relationships with B2B customers and maintain the business relationships with local carriers.

This position requires the ability to multi-task, work independently and stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours). Flexibility in the store location is required, expecting to work in Mt. Pleasant, Summerville and West Ashley as business needs arise. Multiple years of experience is required in both customer service and sales. It is preferred to have a high interest in technology and mobile devices.
