Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Closer to join our small but growing Real Estate Closing law practice
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Pre-Closer and Title Paralegal
- Manage files
- Draft Settlement Statements and other closing documents
- Produce closing packages
- Point of contact for customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and highly organzized
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced enfironment.
