Job Description
Troy Consulting, a Business Management Consulting Firm, is seeking a Project Manager with a Readiness, Training and Change Management focus to support our large IT client remotely.
What will you be doing?
You will be diving into a fast paced, hands-on environment where you identify top projects that need change management capacity then you will drive launch and readiness activities for those projects.
  • Learning about your client's business challenges, goals and desired outcomes
  • Identify, assess and prioritize projects that need change management capacity for scheduled period
  • Develop change management and landing plans for prioritized projects
  • Assessing the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Lead change management activities using ADKAR methodologies
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Create readiness and communications plans for prioritized projects
  • Drafting and presenting timely launch communications - design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Supporting training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training
  • Ensure strong stakeholder management by developing and sustaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across IT and the business
  • Facilitate hypercare calls with the field
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios
What should you bring to the table?
  • 4+ years of Change Management, Deployment, and Project Management related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Demonstrated experience testing/validating business requirements
  • Experience in the Contract Management space a plus including an understanding of Contract Templates and high-level contracting processes
  • Understanding/work experience within sales and services (pursuits, deals, contracts, support) a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Demonstrated Change Management capabilities Hands-on experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; ADKAR methodology
  • Readiness and Training experience developing and providing the testing and training content required to successfully launch new features and capabilities into various global teams
  • Project Management strong skills with approaches, tools, and management of the different phases of the project lifecycle
  • Agility and Flexibility Must be able to work in an ever changing, fast-paced, agile environment with an 'all hands-on deck' attitude, supporting team members across a variety of tasks to ensure timely launches
  • Cross Team Collaboration & Teamwork Ability to work closely and effectively with colleagues and members of the organization at all levels to find solutions to business problems and ensure timely and successful launch activities through ongoing communications and validation
  • Workflow and Process Development Experience creating and modifying workflows and processes to articulate change experience with Microsoft Visio highly preferred
  • Strong critical and forward-thinking, problem solving, and root cause identification skills and abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
