Administrative assistant / Bookkeeper needed with experience. We are a growing local public accounting firm specializing in tax, accounting and consulting for small businesses. You will work independently, answer client calls, maintain internal accounting for the firm, bookkeeping for clients, assist with client payroll tax matters and traditional office duties.
Must be client-orientated, work well with others and have a willingness to learn. A strong candidate will have more than two years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks software and payroll tax experience. Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
