We are seeking a property manager for Hidden Valley Club Apartments in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Applicants with significant experience in property management and use of Rent Manager property management software preferred, but not required.
This role encompasses management of all facets of day-to-day operations including but not limited to handling client affairs, overseeing leasing/marketing activity, handling property vendors, managing work orders with maintenance team, maintaining excellent occupancy and NOI, etc.
