WE ARE SEEKING AN ETHICAL AND RELIABLE COLLECTION SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Trojan Professional Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified Collection Services Representative. The Collection Services Department is a collection agency that speaks with our clients and debtors and enters debtor transactions received by phone, fax and mail.
Our employees have an attitude of service towards each other, our clients and debtors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Data enters transactions received by phone, fax, and mail in a timely manner.
Takes calls from clients, debtors, and inquiries on debtor accounts.
Runs tracker reports.
Processes department incoming mail.
Maintains a well-organized work station.
Solicits sale of new or additional services.
Coping with job stress, getting along with customers and co-workers, accepting criticism, staying alert while on duty.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a basic knowledge of how to enter information into a computer database program.
