We have every carrier in the state, we write on average 300 policies a month and are in need of a tested processor who can come in and make an impact in a very busy processing department. We want our agents to sell and bind and our customer service team to do the rest.
Our Corporate office is seeking 4-40 Customer Service Rep
At least 1 year of Customer Service experienced (Required)
Answer inbound phone calls and prioritize work load.
Good social skills - our clients put relationship first price isn't the primary decision-maker
Solid Foundation of computer skills - if it makes us more efficient we use it.
Organized and able to deal with a large amount of incoming business.
AMS 360 Experience a plus
