Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays an intricate role in the organization in the development and execution of critical marketing strategies, working with every facet of the company. This role will help in developing marketing strategy, managing multi-venue CRM, website and email platforms, advertising campaigns, digital marketing tactics and implementing marketing initiatives through the creation of digital and physical creative content and assets, geared to increase sales and build brand equity.

Preferably located in the Twin Cities/ Minnesota area.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics using a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis to get the word out about our concept and drive qualified traffic to website/locations that converts to sales.
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and offers using Google Analytics and other reporting tools against established KPIs to determine success and translate analytics into insights to provide recommended improvements and inform test and learn strategies.
  • Manage company website and digital presence including driving search strategy (SEM and SEO)
  • Develop location-based programs and initiatives on an annual basis with quarterly updates, including on-site campaigns, events driven promotions, community outreach, revenue driving outreach.
  • Own all advertising efforts, including preparing and monitoring the marketing budget review with Director of Marketing on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds.
  • Work within Multi-site CMS and customer relationship manager platforms to manage bookings and appropriately manage resources, while ensuring a frictionless customer journey.
  • Maintain integrity of customer relationship manager to ensure accurate data in reporting, ability to properly segment data, and execute targeted marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly attending to inbound leads and external reviews.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales managers to ensure that prospects’ needs are fully met.
  • Marketing responsibilities can include but are not limited to developing and implementing Integrated campaigns building email blasts, configuring marketing automation, copy writing, digital asset design, physical asset design, content creation, trade show activation, website updates, and social media engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed in business, marketing or a relevant field required.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years related marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience executing PPC campaigns
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite, CRM database management, Wordpress multisite platform, and design programs.
  • Hospitality experience preferred
