Westchester Real Estate Development firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator to work in a fast paced office and do quite a bit of inter company communication. If candidates have Real Estate, Real Estate development or Property Management experience this is a plus, however all solid Administrative candidates will be considered. Must be interested in Real Estate and able to function in a fast paced office. Training will be provided.

Functions:

  • Review, Edit, and distribute updated company policies
  • Assist with budget review
  • Crete new budgets
  • Facilitate communication with 50 different sites re: a wide range of legal and inter company issues
  • Review and edit property information
  • Work with Upper Management and property managers to create documents
  • Report generation in RE Program Yardi
  • Financial reporting and tracking expenses on Microsoft Excel
  • Compile data on market rents after doing research, present this research to senior management
  • Tracking vacancy rates and rent's on Microsoft Excel and Yardi
