Account Manager Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing Agency located in Downtown Stamford is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationship with clients assigned. Work with other internal departments to ensure implementation of client initiatives and to meet client objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign delivery and performance in order to report and optimize campaign performance
  • Present campaign results to clients on a regular basis and represent client feedback internally and externally
  • Ensure that all client needs are met. Working to manage client expectations, provide guidance, and grow overall client relationships. Manage the implementation of strategic and tactical client initiatives.
  • Manage campaign schedule to ensure that all deliverables are received in a timely manner and campaigns are launched on time
  • Reach out to new and existing publishers to source additional opportunities for campaign growth
  • Build relationships with external vendors in order to better advocate the client’s interest
  • Be involved in all stages of the campaign life cycle, working closely with internal strategy and operations teams. Successfully educate and recommend campaign strategies and ideas to client
  • Consistently track campaign budget, coordinating with billing including updating Salesforce, and providing updated plans to client
  • Ensure contract revenue is fulfilled
  • Cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with clients
  • Establish trust
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Required to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
  • Field daily client requests
  • QA assets before they are passed to Operations teams
  • Required to respond to all client inquires within one business day (unless otherwise specified)
  • Ability to step into various internal roles when resources are tight
  • Monitor account performance
  • 70% client relationship management, 30% coordination
  • Willingness to attend to client needs outside of work hours
  • Take responsibility for, and regularly report (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on client’s goals and performance
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.
