Diesel Mechanic Technician

Immediate opening for an Experienced Diesel Tech in LEXINGTON NC

We're an established, 38 year old, growing trucking company, operating a fleet of 70 road tractors. We handle all preventative maintenance and up to medium level repairs on-site. We do not handle internal engine repairs. We run new model Freightliners with Detroit engines.

Family type atmosphere with excellent working conditions. Large shop with a dozen other techs and shop employees. About half of the techs work on tractors and the others work for our trailer rental division.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Fleet Maintenance, Preferably Trucking - 5 years experience required, prefer 10 years.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Class A CDL
• Certifications with any of the following: Freightliner, Detroit, Air Conditioning.
• AS Degree or Certificate in Diesel Technology / Mechanics
