Job Requirements: Is This You?

1. Intermediate to advanced excel experience is required.
2. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications; i.e. Project, Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Office, Power BI.
3. Strong Mathematical Skills; Analytical and a solid mathematics foundation is required.
4. Ability to think strategically and is detailed oriented.
5. Extensive experience with rate negotiations and carrier contracting in TL - van and flatbed.
6. Experience in data analysis.
7. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge and understanding of Transportation Management Systems and other related IT systems.
10. Minimum 3 years' experience in Transportation/Logistics.
11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field preferred.
12. Superior leadership, planning and organizing skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
