Key duties of the position include:
- Administrative support for the various business process and day to day activities - Timely and accurate processing of documents related to day to day operations -
Primary support function in Accounts Receivable, will have other dutys assigned from AP and some HR duties specifically on-boarding.
Manage projects and assignments from the Administrative coordinators- Data entry, filing, document processing and record keeping related to various business activities - Office management and administrative support to the facility - Management of reports for the facility related to jobs, safety, compliance, planning, cost management, payroll etc - Perform receptionist duties - Marketing assistance including sourcing and arranging advertising, and other marketing related activities - Participate and assist in projects related to improvement/change of processes, costs etc. - Other duties and responsibilities as required
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong interpersonal skills - Must be strongly proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook. Preferred but not required experience in Jobutrax and Open Invoice is a plus - Ability to learn new business software and applications, with ability to input, export and analyze data - Demonstrated organizational, project management, quantitative and analytical skills and techniques - A self starter, goal oriented and productive with minimal supervision. - Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills. - Act with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical, character at all times.
