At Tried & True Tutoring we strive to replicate that engaging instructional experience again and again. Standardized tests may get our heart racing, but not because they are intrinsically exciting. Providing the type of impact Tried & True has on students requires the right team of people. Led by a management team with over 30 years of industry experience, we are enjoying more and more requests for our services. So we need our team to grow. We are seeking an individual who can listen to new families, schools, and institutions to learn of their unique needs and then offer customized and meaningful solutions. Someone who can foster these relationships and manage our programs to ensure the greatest student achievement impact. Who can help monitor the instructional health of our programs at the micro and macro levels. A person who can help manage and develop our incredible instructor teams to continue striving to improve student scores even higher.

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Professionalism to represent Tried & True with gravitas, personality, and approachability

Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience
7 paid holidays
10 vacation days plus one additional day for every year worked
